Developing guidance for patients, service users or family carers on reward, recognition and remuneration The Patients Association is working with Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Partnership (SNEE ICP) on behalf of the East of England region to develop guidance for the reward, recognition and remuneration of patients, carers and service users who help develop health and care services by sharing their personal experiences or by being involved / taking part in improvement projects. Public involvement is a vital part of developing health and care services that are responsive to local needs. We are interested in hearing from patients, carers and service users about their experience of involvement and co-production including their motivations and expectations. We also want to hear from patients who have not shared their experience, to find out why. This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and you do not need to answer all questions. All the information you give is collected and stored securely and confidentially in line with the Patients Association’s data privacy policy. We are also intending to deliver an online focus group on Wednesday 5th February between 12:00 and 14:00. We are only looking for participants who live in the East of England for the focus group and places are limited. If you are interested in taking part, you will need to give your contact details at the end of the survey. Focus group participants will receive an £80 Love2Shop voucher for attending and contributing. The deadline to complete the survey is Friday 31st January. Please do share with any patients or carers who might want to feedback on reward, recognition and remuneration. You can fill in the survey here. Manage Cookie Preferences
