Get involved Events What does it really mean to wrap services around patients? About this event Too many patients move through a health and care system that is fragmented, complex and hard to navigate. Services are designed around organisations, not people. But what would it look like if we put the patient at the centre - not as a policy ambition, but as a lived reality? In this session we bring together a GP with national experience in neighbourhood health, a patient, the National Academy for Social Prescribing, and a Consultant Surgeon to explore what genuine person-centred care looks and feels like - and what needs to change to make it the norm, rather than the exception. This webinar will be followed by the Patients Association Annual General Meeting 2026. You can register for either or both events via the 'Book' button at the bottom of this page. All are welcome at either event. The webinar will run from 11am to 12pm. The AGM will run from 12:10pm.
