Corporate and organisational partners

As a non-condition-specific charity, we are uniquely placed to represent the patient perspective across a range of health and social care issues which affect large numbers of the population.

The Patients Association's partners ensure that we can maintain our campaigns, support patients and stay at the cutting edge of health service policy.

Partnership benefits

By becoming partners of the Patients Association, companies can benefit from:

  • regular updates on our work through reports
  • invitations to briefings/meetings
  • opportunities for joint research projects and the use of our logo on approved publications, including joint media opportunities
  • opportunities to include articles in our weekly news publication
  • access to our network of patients/ambassadors for specific consultations
  • acknowledgement in our annual report
  • acknowledgement on our website
Code of conduct

The support of pharmaceutical companies for our work is both important in terms of continued patient engagement in the development of new treatments, and an important source of charitable income for the Patients Association.  Where we are supported by pharmaceutical companies, these partnerships are governed by both the Association of British Pharmaceuticals Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice and our own Patients Association Code of Practice, ensuring that our independence and integrity are upheld.
