Your experiences of the NHS matter and they can drive real change. At the Patients Association, we work directly with patients to inform our recommendations that influence health and care policy, hold decision-makers to account, and improve how services partner with patients.

That’s why we’re asking for 10 minutes of your time to complete our Patient experience survey. We want to hear about your experiences with NHS services over the last six months: what’s working well, what isn’t, and what needs to change.

Your responses will be used in a report to support our campaigning and advocacy work, helping us make the strongest possible case to government, the NHS, and policymakers for the improvements patients need and deserve.
